One AI credit equals roughly 1,000 input tokens of processing on the standard model. A one-hour meeting uses approximately 1,500–2,500 credits (varies with meeting length, knowledge referenced, and how often you ask the AI).

When you run out of credits
You can purchase additional credits in advance. Added credits carry over for as long as your contract is active. When the limit is reached, new meetings cannot be started, but recordings and notes for meetings already in progress are completed. Administrators are notified before you run low.
Pricing FAQ
How are credits consumed?
Credits are consumed by in-meeting AI suggestions, checklist evaluation, summary generation, plus recording and transcription. Short meetings consume less; long meetings and heavy AI questioning consume more. As a rough guide, a one-hour meeting uses roughly 1,500–2,500 credits, though this varies with the amount of knowledge referenced. After signing, you can see your own actual figures in the admin dashboard.
Are credits allocated per seat?
No. Credits scale with seats but are pooled across your organization. With a 5-seat contract, the whole team shares all 5 seats' worth of credits, so lighter users' allowance is not wasted. Monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.
